A Journey Back to Myself

I'm Konstantin. My work is rooted in a simple but deeply personal question: What does it mean to truly feel alive?

For much of my life, I lived more in my head than in my body. Logic and reason guided my experiences and understand of life, but that often meant I was disconnected from other parts of me - my body, my emotions.

Over time, I began exploring a different way of relating to myself and the world around me. One that made room for emotions, vulnerability, and the kind of connection that can't be reached through logic alone.

Today, through SOMA, I bring together breathwork, coaching, and facilitation to create spaces where people can slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters.

A Path to Living Fully

My journey toward reconnection began with a growing sense that self-analyzing myself wasn't enough. I wanted to experience life more fully.

A turning point came during a retreat in Mexico, where I experienced breathwork in a way that stayed with me. For the first time, I began to understand how much could be accessed through the body and breath beyond what I could reach through mind alone.

That experience opened a door. It showed me another way to meet myself: not by analyzing every feeling or finding an explanation for everything, but by making space to experience what was there.

From there, my exploration continued through men's work, embodiment practices, and a deeper examination of the ways I related to myself and others. I began to look more honestly at the patterns I had developed, the emotions I found difficult to sit with, and the ways I sometimes sought distance from my own experience.

This process hasn't been a straight line, and I don't see reconnection as a destination. It's an ongoing practice of becoming more aware, more honest, and more willing to meet life as it is.

SOMA grew from this journey and from a desire to create spaces where others could explore their own paths toward reconnection.

Creating Space

for Reconnection

At the heart of SOMA is the belief that meaningful change begins with a change in the relationship with ourselves.

Sometimes, the next step isn't more self-analysis. It's to slow down enough to notice what's happening beneath the surface: what we're feeling, what we're avoiding, and what might become possible when we meet ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment.

Through SOMA, I offer three connected paths into this exploration.

01

Breathwork

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, I guide people in exploring their emotions, sensations, and relationship with themselves.

02

Retreat Facilitation

Collaboration with retreat hosts and to create meaningful spaces for exploration, connection, and growth through breathwork and men's work.

02

Coaching

Explore the patterns, beliefs, and relationships shaping how you live. Develop greater awareness and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Experience & Practice

My work is informed by both personal exploration and ongoing practice as a facilitator.

I'm a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and have accumulated over 500 hours of combined breathwork and men's work facilitation.

Since 2023, I've been involved with The Arka Brotherhood, facilitating men's circles, workshops, and retreats focused on honest conversation, emotional expression, accountability, and meaningful connection.

I continue to learn through the work itself, the communities I'm part of, and the experiences of the people I have the privilege of working alongside.

My Approach

All of my work rooted in the heart-centred approach, grounded in curiosity and presence. I aim to create spaces where people can arrive as they are without needing to become someone else.

Sometimes that means slowing down and listening to the body. Sometimes it means expressing something that has been difficult to put into words, recognizing a familiar pattern, or experiencing what it feels like to be witnessed without judgment.

I value the balance between self-analysis and embodied experiences, personal responsibility and self-compassion, individual exploration and genuine connection with others.

I bring my training and facilitation experience to this work, while remaining committed to my own ongoing process. I continue to learn, question, and meet the work with curiosity.

Whether we meet through a breathwork session, a coaching conversation, or a retreat, my intention is to create the conditions for a deeper connection with yourself and the life you're living.

Because, for me, this work is about coming back into relationship with who you are, and making more room for the life you want to live.
